Vet showed care and consideration for my dog and myself when we visited and subsequently when my dog required admission for treatment. He has remained in the veterinary hospital for the past five days and will continue to be cared for until fully recovered. The a Vet has continued to keep me updated regularly for which I am very grateful

Whilst the vets and staff are all very nice, I feel this company has lost its soul and it’s all just about spending your money. The minute my dog was examined I was give a ‘shopping list’ of astronomical prices for different treatments. Can’t believe it’s cheaper to get my horses X-rayed than my dog !!

Very pleased to have the Harpenden branch reopen. My dogs visit was much calmer then when he’s been to Redbourn.

I have used this vet for many years and have found the staff lovely and so kind to my animals past and present. I was so upset that Karen decided to leave as she was amazing with one of my labradors Saffie when she was very ill and had to be put to sleep. I only hope that Medivet will look after the Nine Lives staff as they have all been so helpful and kind through the years. Fingers crossed that things won't change too much. Unfortunately since Medivet took over the service is not good. I have changed vets to Marshalswick, St Albans. I have been very happy with them. Sue S.

Love this vets they have vets which have experience with exotic animals and they are cheaper than vets4pets and the staff their are lovely and are always their to help. They made my experience as good as it could be a few years back when my elderly dog had to sadly be put down and they were very comforting to me and my mum I would recommend them to everyone.
