I honestly can't say enough about Queen Mother hospital. I went several times for my senior cat, Milou, who had severe asthma and bronchitis. While no other vets was able to properly help her and diagnose her secondary infection, Eleanor Harrison along with her amazing team were able to help her and understand the issue. While the condition was unfortunately much much worse than I had been told by previous vets, Eleanor truly did everything in her power to help. She treated Milou with absolute compassion and kindness, and even stayed updated on her case while on her annual leave because she was so devoted. Unfortunately Milou has since passed due to her condition but I will forever appreciate how much QMH, and especially Eleanor, helped my sweet girl. I honestly cannot recommend Queen Mother Hospital enough!

I took my cat there yesterday because she needs iodine radiotherapy for a hyperthyroidism. The doctor and the nurse were absolutely incredible, so patient, compassionate, thoughtful towards my cats needs, they took time to understand every detail of her life so far and how to make her as comfortable as possible. Before the appointment I was highly stressed and anxious but meeting them has given me such peace of mind. I'm truly grateful that they've accepted her for treatment. The hospital is also a state of the art, it looks better than most hospitals for humans that I've attended. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

Ive been to the Queen mother hospital unfortunately a few times this year, each visit has been met with lovely staff. From the very first phone call, to the receptionists and then the vets and nurses. Thank you for taking care of Etta each time.

The best care for Rua ever! Patience, kindness and miraculous surgery.. Rua now in recovery post IVDD spinal decompression surgery. Guido truly a specialist in his field, I’m so grateful to the entire team at Queen Mother Hospital and best aftercare.. Rua home just 1 day and we returned for help, so very kind 🙏🙏

Staff are all fantastic, reception & accounts very friendly. Nursing staff are amazing, all very caring and just lovely lovely people. Can't rate them highly enough. Our dog has been well cared for and is still receiving excellent treatment with Hydrotherapy.
