My 9 year old cockapoo developed a Fatty Lump 4 years ago. This past year has seen it increase in size followed by first signs of a second Fatty Lump. The Rickmansworth Chess vets who carry out surgeries, have many years surgery experience, so I opted for removal by them of both lumps simultaneously. I was fully informed of what was involved and felt confident to go ahead. The result was excellent. My cockapoo seemed to sail through the experience easily and her recovery was very quick. The vet was very attentive to our pets needs and the reception team were very receptive to our requests and what we needed for our pet.

Always a warm and friendly greeting for all of the staff, who make time to say hello to our furbabies. The environment is welcoming, clean and comfortable. The vets explain procedures and diagnosis in plain English, for those of use that didn’t spend 6 years studying animals and treatments. When had the unfortunate passing of animals we were comforted but more importantly they were managed in the most dignified way.

Lovely friendly atmosphere, and understanding staff and vets, felt very at ease.
