Second visit to Stanstead Abbotts Medivet, both times we have been met with friendly attentive staff who really take the time to care for your pet, answering questions and providing really helpful health advice.

It us reassuring to visit Medivet for a six months check for my cat. It involved claw cutting, health check and unfortunately a dental to be planned. Got to be done!

The vets and all staff here are fantastic. Appointments are given quickly and my pets are always seen on time and with all the attention you would want.

The team were all very friendly and made sure that my 10 week old puppy was able to stay calm on his first visit to the vet. The vet was clear in what I needed to do and what to look out for as well as providing sensible a clear guidance on how to look after the puppy. They were patient with me as I asked the same questions again and again as this is my first dog! Lovely team and this could also be seen by how friendly all the customers were with staff.

Marta at Medivet Stanstead Abbotts was absolutely brilliant as usual. After using her expertise for nearly 15 years she never fails to make both owners and dogs alike feel very welcome, very comfortable and gives the greatest of care and advice. The staff are always very polite and knowledgeable and the new practice location is absolutely superb.
