Just pure concern and love for our little Biscuit puss who reached 22 1/2 years old. When the awful day came they saw us through their closing time and said stay with her as long as you want. It was my puppy Eric's first visit to the vets, and all the staff were warm and welcoming. From the first call to make the appointment to the appointment itself. The vet was very friendly and gave me lots of information. Eric has his second appointment this week, so hopefully it will be stress free for him like the first one
