Medivet are one of the best vets you will ever find their staff are friendly your pet is well cared for. This vet I would recommend to every pet owner they ensure that you are given all relevant information on your pets care you can ask questions about their care. My visit was warm, welcoming, friendly and they do not keep you waiting to long. Thank You for all you do, do take up their pet health plan it not to expensive and covers so much.

We took our Tibetan terrier to Medivet for a titre test as we are concerned about over vaccinations. We saw Craig who gave our dog a health check before his blood test. He was really lovely, professional and kind and didn't patronise me about vaccinations as I've had at other vets. The results came through in 24 hours and Craig called me to go through the results before emailing them to me. I'm really happy with the service I received.

I’ve been taking my cat to Mill Green for 4 years and they are always very helpful and friendly. Most recently Craig took a blood test and did a general check up and was able to provide detailed information on his condition, and explained all the options available to me. He was upfront about the risks and also costs which I appreciate

Two and a half years later I still wake up crying in the middle of the night for the traumatic experience I went through with these lot. I had to put my beloved Bruno down and was told it would’ve of been a peaceful experience. Bruno had a seizure not long after the first injection and both the veterinarian”s panicked and went into a state a of shock. My dog was screaming like a human being and was petrified and I had to wrestle with him with all my strength is his dying moments. He was my best friend for nearly 10 years we was even homeless together sleeping in my car at one stage. This is the email I sent them only to hear a “we’re sorry you feel this way” “Also may i chat with the veterinarian about what went wrong with Bruno’s euthanasia. Because that was not peaceful or gentle whatsoever . My dog died in pain, scared and discomfort I couldn’t even say good bye properly. I’m not angry but it doesn’t take a professional to see that was wrong . Also I should’ve been told about extra cost before hand not on the day when I showed up and clearly not in a right mental frame. Like I said what’s done is done but having to see my best friend go through that was truly traumatic and I won’t ever forget it. So for me to have any type of closure and peace with what happened could you please just tell me what went wrong and please spare my feelings I need the truth to be able to move on” This was a long time ago. But I still have never recovered from this and still think about this day almost daily I’m sorry Bruno for trusting these people with your last moments and will regret it for as long as I live
