Would give 10 stars if it was an option called up and a panic about my dogs paw pad being injured, they got me in within half hour surgery on the same day and a personalised bandage just to show they care. Pup is on the mend already outstanding service.

I’m so glad I found this veterinary clinic. The head vet took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I left feeling confident that my dog was in excellent hands and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and trustworthy animal care.

Chloe operated on our cockapoo and was amazing the entire way through. From reassuring us when we dropped him off to ringing first thing the next morning to check he was okay. Today we had another moment of panic and despite being fully booked and dealing with an emergency Chloe made sure to see us and yet again reassured us that our dog was okay. Chloe is amazing and goes the extra mile. We wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Cant recommend Chloe and Langley Vets enough! She was incredibly caring and professional, and it was clear that she truly loves animals. My dog had an ear infection, and Chloe went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable and well cared for. The level of attention and kindness we received was truly exceptional. 100% recommend. My partners cat has been poorly and she was brought to a different vet to begin with. Communication was not clear in that vet nor were they very helpful. My partner decided to get a second opinion and chose Langley vets. Chloe was very informative and absolutely honest with the cats diagnosis. There has been a few visits where it passed they’re opening hours and Chloe still gave us the time of day and made sure we had any questions answered and that we fully understood what was happening. Thank you and Langley vets staff for alleviating my partners worries and ensuring her cat is well looked after.

This is a homey vet, where they focus on your pet as if they're part of the family. My cat was severely anemic, with a liver condition and some underlying issues difficult to nail down. Chloe not only explained every step of the exams, the possible outcomes, next steps to take, food and medication to bring my cat back to her usual self. But she took the time to prepare me emotionally for the long process of recovery, which I value a lot. She and her team are incredibly warm with my cat, they have gone beyond expected several times by checking everything to make sure my cat was not misdiagnosed and was in the path of recovering. Honestly could not recommend them enough! These weeks have been extremely difficult and when your little one gets sick, it's a good Vet that makes a difference. I found the right Vet at Langley Vets and honestly could not be happier. Thank you so much for all you're doing for my little one, all the patience and care. We really appreciate you guys!
