If you are looking for a vet practice that is thoughtful, collaborative and gives outstanding and compassionate care to your pet and yourself Hello Vet in Bushey is the place to go. I have a 7 year old Dogue de Bordeaux and since bringing her to the UK, I have never managed to find a vet that showed care, compassion and listened. I always had the impression that every treatment and assessment was based on money. When I first found Hello Vet and checked their website, one of the things that stood up was the fact that the pricing was visible. If it was for nothing else that would have been reason enough to give it a try. The pictures of the different clinics shows oustanding facilities and smilling team and the reality doesn't disappoint. The clinic itself is beautiful — the space is clean, modern, and very welcoming, which immediately gives us the sensation of home. What really stands out, though, is the team. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, communicative, and attentive. They genuinely listen to what myself and my husband had to say and took our observations and concerns into consideration, which made me feel respected and involved in my pet’s care. They didn't rush the appointment as we were on a slot time dependant. I also really appreciated their openness to shared care between veterinary practices ( as my dog still maintains her vet abroad). They never make you feel uncomfortable about consulting other vets or seeking second opinions, and they clearly give you the choice to continue treatments with them or elsewhere. That level of transparency and professionalism is refreshing. Finally, their messaging and care-plan system is outstanding — it makes communication easy, clear, and reassuring. Unfortunately I had to use the Hello Vet free WhatsApp contact method on Sunday afternoon. well all I can say is amazing, my message was responded to within a few minutes. I described my dogs problem and was recommended that a visit to the vet was needed. I phoned and had an appointment within 1 hour. On arrival my 14 month old Staffordshire Bull Terrier was weighed and offered a treat by the young lady on reception. We were seen by vet Jilli who was amazing, my boy was thoroughly checked over heart rate etc etc. we explained the issue and she really put our minds at rest. My options were clearly explained to me and a course of action was decided on. we paid our bill, which I found very reasonable and returned home, much relieved . As this was the first time that we have used this practice, I will continue to use them. it's a pleasure to find a Vet surgery that is really interested in the wellbeing of the animal and not just trying to convice you to spend money needlessly. To my amazement, a follow up call and a treatment plan were emailed to me, also the promise of a follow up call in 5 days. Thank you all again so much

Amazing vets. So incredibly thoughtful and caring. Lovely calm atmosphere and great follow up. The communication is fantastic. They were wonderful with my puppy Leonard, he developed quite the fan club! Highly recommend to any pet lover.

We have a new kitten - Bertie - (and an adopted 7 year old cat - Ozzy) and we thought that we would try Hello Vet in Bushey for our first visit with Bertie (and subsequent neutering). The Hello Vet team - without exception - were amazingly professional, friendly, and welcoming. What a wonderful experience. We are getting on in years and have had cats almost all of our lives and this was, without doubt, the best experience that we have had. Thank you Hello Vet.

What an amazing first time appointment! Everything about this place is wonderful - the clinic is clean, bright and smells amazing and all the staff are incredible. My dog, who usually hates the vet, had such a lovely time and didn't want to leave. Thank you so much!!

I am disabled. I pulled up outside, luckily found an appropriate space, and before I knew it, the receptionist had spotted me struggling and had rushed out to help! I was amazed and delighted. Vet was great, very helpful, and the surgery is second to none, I will definitely go back there.
