First time of taking our pet snake to the vets to see Chris. Didn't know what to expect but felt comfortable and Chris explained everything and followed up by an email. He was recommended to us and certainly would recommend him to anyone else with an exotic pet.

Brilliant first visit- the appointment was on time, unlike different vets used in the past. Very calm and thoughtful vet Selena, who understood the need to go slowly with my dog. Useful and considerate recommendations too. Overall, it was a brilliant experience, thank you so much

This vet practice always delivers an excellent service and even exceeds expectations on occasions. I always feel they genuinely want to deliver the best service for your pet and are sensible and pragmatic on solutions rather than some vet practises who seem to just charge you a fortune for not a lot. All vets are great here but Jake is particularly fabulous.

A happy work place friendly staff. The vet who treated my dog explained everything, different options and repeated and wrote down instructions with the medication my dog received I have been with this vets for 18 years and they have always been brilliant.

10/10 Recommend!! I rescued my dog just over 2 months ago, he’s vary wary of new people so as you can imagine vet visits are very much fun for him. Well that was until we started confidence classes weekly, he met with a lovely nurse called Tara who has been gaining a great bond with Jango to the point he gets excited when she comes out to get us from the waiting area which is a massive improvement. Hopefully with continued visits he’ll be able to get the help he needs without the worry of meeting someone new!
