Incredible service. I do not have any pets registered here but I had a concern that I needed help and advice with. The receptionist was very helpful and understanding. The Vet herself was wonderful and really helped me out. Amazing communication, they took my phone number and called me daily for updates which really eased my mind. I may have to transfer my pets to this local vets after the brilliant service I received, especially as they helped me and I am not even a registered customer!

I rang this vet as my dog is very Ill and wanted a second opinion at a different vets. I had been recommended this vet by a friend so I had high hopes. I explained to the gentleman who answered the phone that I'd like my dog to come in and see the vet for a second opinion, he took my details down and went to speak to the vet. Clearly this vet didn't know I could hear her when she raised her voice, and I quote No, we don't do second opinions ever, full stop, tell her we're not accepting any new clients. I am shocked at this attitude and behaviour when animals are in need and the current vets my dog is registered with don't seem to be bothered.

Short notice appointment for a Dog on Holiday. Managed to get an appointment despite not being registered as my Greyhound had injured himself badly, they also managed to agree a second appointment on a Saturday morning as still not well. Cost very reasonable and parking outside.

A wonderful place where the staff care about your pet nearly as much as you do. Always, helpful, humane (even to us owners) and go the extra mile. I don't have a bad word to say about any of the Veterinaries or support staff.

I have been through my fair share of vets over my many pet owning years. Jennifer is undoubtedly one of the very best. An old school vet who continuously updates her knowledge to bring the very best to her clients. Direct and compassionate; Jennifer leads a strong team with value for money but with both the animal’s and their families best interests at heart. I trust Jennifer 100%. I couldn’t bring myself to take my dogs elsewhere. Patient and trustworthy team. You don’t get many vets out there like this anymore.
