Medivet team at Borehamwood are just amazing and so caring. We lost my daughter’s guinea pig we took her there and they were so caring and kind, gave my daughter footprints and fur in a jar as a keepsake which made us loosing her so special and thoughtful. Would highly recommend the team here to make something so sad so easy. Thank you so much x

I went here for the first time yesterday with my two cats. The team were lovely and my cats were treated beautifully. My one and only negative is that there is a high step into the practice. As someone who's disabled and also trying to manage a basket with two large cats inside, this was really difficult. It would be great if they could put some kind of slope in place so that people like me won't find it so hard. Other than this, great!
