Been a Berry House customer for 20 years plus. Always had excellent service. They look after our animals really well. Yes it pricey but that’s what quality costs.

Berry house vets and the Team there are fantastic With my Dog Ollie. They have looked after him from day one of going there and have done for many years. A massive thank you to all the Team, particularly Sarah Richardson our vet who has made Ollie so comfortable and has cared for him every step of the way. Sarah is always on call for Ollie and we can not thank her enough for her support throughout our tough times, when Ollie has been really poorly. Thank you for continuing to look after our little man.

My dog is old, and I was concerned about taking him . The vet was not pushy with regards to treatment as she understood financially I would struggle and that I knew my dog best. The consultation price was reasonable and I felt well treated. The place was clean and had friendly staff. I would thoroughly recommend this vet practice!!

Unfortunately, I had to put my cat down recently and the team here were amazing. They were all incredibly empathetic towards me and my pet, had a good discussion about my cats health to ensure euthanasia was the right decision, repeatedly ensured me I was doing the best thing for her and made the process as peaceful, quick and painless for my cat as possible. They also provided me with clips of her fur and multiple paw prints, being gentle with her body the entire time. I never felt rushed to leave her or pay and once I did, the team on reception were just as wonderful as the vets. Asking if I'm okay, offering tissues and condolences. I could not have asked for better support through something so heartbreaking and I will be forever thankful to the whole team for providing a peaceful and caring environment for both of us. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic

What a lovely experience! First time at Berry House & all the staff from reception to nursing & vet were charming. All cost & options were explained clearly & without pressure. Our vet, Sarah, explained the procedures, her examination of each puppy and next steps. Our questions were answered clearly & pleasantly. Couldn’t ask for better consultation.
