From day one when we transfered Frankie to Battlers Green Vets (over 2 years now) they have been fantastic. The difference from our previous vets was night and day. Jonathan and the team are always welcoming, compassionate, and kind but most of all caring. We have always found everything to be well priced and hes always been extremely well looked after when visiting. Frankie agrees, and he wouldn't go anywhere else 🐾

I cannot recommend this vet in Battlers Green enough! 💚 My Ivy Blu is my absolute baby, and when she needed a lump removed I was so nervous, especially as it was my first time using this vet. From start to finish, the care and professionalism were outstanding. Jonathan carried out Ivy’s surgery, and his experience was obvious from the moment we spoke. He was fast, professional, and reassuring, he made me feel confident that I was doing the right thing for her. A few days later, I had to bring Ivy back (my own fault – I took her cone off too early and she scratched her wound). The practice has a brilliant PetsApp service, so I was able to message them during opening hours and they got back to me instantly, arranging for Ivy to be seen right away. This time, she was looked after by Abigail, I believe she’s new to the practice, but wow, she was amazing! She was so kind, understanding, and empathetic towards me (I was feeling awful). She was professional and had Ivy sorted within half an hour. A week later, Ivy is completely healed and doing brilliantly. Every single member of the team we met was friendly, welcoming, and clearly adored Ivy, and she loved going in, even after surgery! Thank you to Jonathan, Abigail, and the whole team for looking after my girl so well.

I've been a dog owner for 30yrs and visited many different vets. We've been going to Battlers Green for a couple of years and its the best ever. Lovely reception staff, excellent vets who take time with the dogs and explain everything on detail. Easy to get appointments, easy parking, dog walks in the fields around ( best walk is to cross the road outside the retail area, there is a gate and a footpath sign).

We recently joined Battlers Green Vets and are so pleased that we did! Unexpectedly, our dog Misty had an issue and had to take her out of hours to their associated hospital. Before I even had a chance to phone them in the morning to discuss, they already knew about it, contacted me and assisted with invaluable advice. Such a superb service from a warm and friendly team and can't recommend highly enough!
