Great customer service

What a fantastic find. I was so nervous about the surgery my two kittens needed but the care and re-assurance given every step of the way from reception, to vet and then nurse was the best. Also bonus if being sent pictures of my babies when they came round. Thank you so much

I cannot speak highly enough of Battlers Green Veterinary Centre I joined the practice over three years ago because my dog Dexter was very frightened of going to the vet and I was looking for a practice that could help him get over his anxiety. I had tried other veterinary practices but none of them provided the right environment to help him. At Battlers Green Jonathan and all the amazing staff have been so kind to him they have taken the time to get to know him and everyone is so supportive. Dexter is now more relaxed when being treated for his medical issues. I can’t thank Jonathan and his team enough for all they have done and continue to do for him.

Outstanding care and attention. I only joined Battlers Green Vets just recently and I wish I had made the move earlier. First port of call is the receptionists / veterinary nurses who are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and take the time to carefully listen to your questions and respond with empathy and compassion. I had an appointment with vet Jonathan and immediately I felt like my dog was in good hands with someone I could trust. He suggested cryo therapy for the warts and a dental for his teeth. I was quite concerned about the general anaesthetic but Jon took the time to explain everything to me and I left the surgery feeling supported and confident that my dog would be given the best treatment in expert hands. I was supported all the way from pre op to surgery and post surgery with excellent communication, care and expertise. My dog Benji was supported and given 5 star treatment throughout and is happy to return, tail wagging. Overall, what can be a stressful situation with a sick pet, turned into a positive and stress free experience. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice knowing that you and your pet will receive outstanding, expert care. Thank you to all the team 🐶

An absolutely amazing Vet Practice. All the staff are very kind and caring, not just to the animals but also their human families. I took my lil lady, Sinéad in to be spayed and they really looked after her, did an excellent job with no complications and provided fabulous aftercare. Unlike some vets they don’t try to bump up the fees with hidden extras; they care about the animals not trying to inflate the bill! I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone!

Jon was incredible from the outset when we brought our dog Eli in who was not in a good way. His personable and very professional approach made us feel at ease and within a very short time could identify the issue and prescribe the respective medication - she’s now back to her happy self! Thank you jon and the team for everything you’ve done and we look forward to being with your practice :)

Absolutely brilliant, their staff are helpful and friendly, they listen and work around you were possible, treat your pet with great care and love, they were so much cheaper than other quotes in regards to teeth extractions and made it affordable for a struggling family. I couldn't recommend more, fantastic practice.
