I love the very professional, efficient , helpful and warm approach by everyone at this practise . The practise plan to cover basic essentials is also excellent . My 12 month old puppy loves coming here too .

Always feel well looked after and reassured by the friendly staff and fantastic vets. They have helped my beloved dog live a very long time and healthy life. Can’t recommend them enough!

Standard of care and friendliness is very high. However, pricing, particularly when compared to other well-rated vets in the area, seems to be very much higher. Whether this is just me feeling the pinch and very price sensitive having paid quite a few £000's in vets bills over the past 6 months (on a delightful but kamikaze puppy prior to insurance cover kicking in) or whether this is because CVC is now owned by Linnaeus, a subsidiary of Mars, who have a rather more aggressive policy towards pricing and margin, I know not. Maybe it's a combination of both.
