All of the people who work here are amazing and really care about the animals. Barbara and Rebecca have helped care for my 2 cats and puppy and have always been fantastic and really take their time to answer all our questions and give advice!

Staff are all amazing! Charlie (my dog) always gets a special welcome, and as he’s nervous with other dogs gets to use the back door. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We were given some awful news about our cat, Sid. He was jaundice, with an inflamed liver and had lost a significant amount of weight. Helen, Barbara and the team at Chestnuts gave us our options and were so thoughtful and lovely the whole time we were there. Sid is slowly and hopefully on the mend now. Thank you for being there for us during this difficult time!

Chestnut vets are great. The reception team are helpful, the manager Julie is very helpful. They always provide full information and support. We have had general appointments (health checks, general consultations, nail clips) and one panicked phone call to the vets when we had an accident with a timely follow up appointment and I am so grateful for their help at that time. We have all our pets registered here, and the vets and vet nurses have always been kind and professional. We always leave with the help required and you can really tell how much all of the staff at Chestnuts care for the pets welfare. We are very lucky to have them as our local vets. Thank you!

Our greyhound had many teeth taken out a month ago and my husband and I were so impressed with the level of care and professionalism shown towards our dog and ourselves. We only joined the practice last Summer and we have nothing but praise for all the staff we come across. The reception staff are always accommodating either over the phone or in person and when our dog had the operation we were so impressed with Chris and Chloe. So happy to have them.
