I recently took my 15-year-old dog to this clinic and was deeply impressed by the professionalism and compassion of the entire staff. 🐾 From the reception to the veterinarians, everyone showed patience, kindness, and true care – not only for my dog’s needs, but also for my emotions as an owner. The vet explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with calm and empathy, and made sure I understood each step of the treatment. It is obvious that animals here are treated with love as well as medical knowledge. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for not just excellent veterinary care, but also people who genuinely put their hearts into what they do. Such a good experience with this vet, they told us all our options, able to speak to the vet and get advice/reassurance between appointments. Really helpful and lovely staff.

We have been with this vet for both of our dogs for a number of years now and I would never go elsewhere. Everyone is extremely friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I totally trust this clinic with our fur babies and couldn’t recommend it enough! Thank you for always taking such good care of us!

We have had the best experiences at Walton Lodge in Ware. In particular, Omar. He is a fantastic vet, he is hands down the best vet I have ever come across living in both the UK and Australia. He is so kind, empathetic and personable. He truly cares about animals and does a brilliant job. Thank you Omar, and all the workers at Walton Lodge in Ware.
