I honestly cannot praise the vet and receptionist enough. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at ease and treated with such kindness, compassion and understanding. The receptionist was absolutely lovely — friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was dealt with smoothly and that we felt supported. The vet was equally fantastic. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Their professionalism, knowledge and genuine care were very reassuring, and it was obvious that the welfare of our pet was their priority. It makes such a difference when you come across people who genuinely care about both the animals and their owners. We left feeling reassured and confident that we were in very good hands. A huge thank you to both of them for their kindness, patience and excellent care. They are a real credit to the practice and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. ❤️🐾

The person who answered the emergency line today (28.12.2020) was really rude. I was calling to discuss the euthanasia of a beloved pet and the way she spoke to me was not acceptable. This review has been flagged but no reason given, editing to resubmit.
