The person who answered the emergency line today (28.12.2020) was really rude. I was calling to discuss the euthanasia of a beloved pet and the way she spoke to me was not acceptable. This review has been flagged but no reason given, editing to resubmit.

Very friendly and professional place. We took our kitten twice for routine vaccination and check-ups. The lady in the reception is very helpful and always great, everyone with the smile. She has a lot of patience for my 3 years old. It's definitely our favourite vet! Edit. Came back after a year. Still the best vet service! Everyone very professional but also friendly. The reception lady is our personal hero❤️ Family friendly
