I have been with the practice for many years. My dogs have had operations, end of life care and all have been with care, kindness and professionalism. I have never felt rushed and always left feeling listened to. I would strongly recommend this practice.

Staff so friendly, helpful, sympathetic, knowledgeable. Not easy to park but not their fault. Would like to add to my previous review. Every single member of staff who ever what ever they do are absolutely amazing. It is like visiting a family when we go there. Thank-you so very very much for all you do, have done and probably will do in the future. Don't ever change, you are just perfect Bless you all.

Thanks to the team at the clinic, especially to Dr. Amy for your support and making the difficult time (putting my cat to sleep) a bit more bearable. Friendly faces and supportive words made it easier.

Always very friendly and helpful. My dog Freddie has no worries and heads straight to the door when we visit . It’s like he knows they are going to help him 😊

My cat, who is nearly 13 years old, has been with AVC since she was a kitten. We’ve always had such a positive experience, the team has consistently listened to any health concerns and taken appropriate, thoughtful action. Most recently, my cat had to go under anaesthetic, and I can’t express enough how amazing the vets and nurses were. I truly felt she was in the best hands, and I know she was so well cared for throughout the entire day. Thank you so much for looking after her so well, it really means a lot!

The kindness and compassion that the team show is second to none. They have provided comfort when my pets have passed and never shown any judgment - I am so grateful to them
