Amazing caring team at Vets4Pets. Prada our 11 year old cat became extremely poorly and needed major surgery. Javier and his team showed exceptional care, expertise and kindness, providing honest and realistic updates throughout the entire process. From the friendly receptionists to the compassionate nurses, everyone went above and beyond to ensure Prada’s comfort and well-being. Their professionalism and dedication are truly commendable. We’re so grateful for the extra time we’ve been given with Prada, and couldn’t have asked for a better team. Prada has made an excellent recovery and doing really well. Five star’s isn’t enough- we’d give them ten if we could!

Just had a really positive experience bringing my nervy labradoodle to have her jabs. From friendly reception, great vet and lovely vet- nurse, all were first class. I also like the monthly payment option which makes affording it so much more stress free. Parking too!

Thank you very much for always being there for our dear Momo, you have been such a great vet so far in her life. She recently came for teeth cleaning and you really did a great job and looked after her so well, your communication throughout was great. Thank you. She’s been with vets4pets for 5 years now and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. This is her today recovered after teeth cleaning, very happy indeed. Thanks

I cannot express how highly I valued the care, attention and empathy I received from this superb local vets. Vets for Pets in Hemel Hempstead cared for my very much loved 14yo cat when she had a lump removed before Christmas 2020. I was very worried, but the vet, Javier Bernal reassured me from beginning to end of her treatment. From the initial consultation and the news it didn't look good - Javier took the time to talk to me with such great empathy - I can tell he really loves cats. He was clear and completely upfront about my costing options and the route for treatment - and made me feel 100% confident that he was doing everything possible to help my little cat I am so grateful to Javier and the team at Vets for Pets Hemel. They worked with me to find the best and most cost effective solution for my cat given my personal circumstances and at all times I felt supported in making tough decisions. They do FANTASTIC local work for pets, and at reasonable prices. I didn't at any point feel pressured, judged or out of control with the costs. After a successful biopsy, my little cat is now home and recovering beautifully and back to her soppy self. I couldn't have asked for a better team to take care of her. Thank you Vets for Pets Hemel Hempstead! Keep up your fantastic work! It is so appreciated.
