We arrived and were shown to a consulting room and left alone, minutes later sky gave birth to the second pup which was not breathing,we asked for help but no one came for at least 5min. It was a bit frustrating, The vet took the pup to see if there was anything they could do about an hour went by then Sky had the third pup,we helped get it going ,it was breathing on its own, again we asked for help,no one came ,I to go in search of a vet. They said leave Sky to get on with it herself. They were useless and expensive They asked if we would like them to get rid of the dead pups then charged us for doing so. It's a shame they don't mirror the wonderful service we get from St Johns vets Cheers Wayne butler .

Waited for one hour in the waiting room whist another dog was euthanised with its owners present: consultation room not soundproofed, so very distressing. Then had eight minutes with a vet, given two tablets and protexin and charged £475.
