My cats are always treated beautifully by everyone at Cuffley. Appointments are always offered quickly and the staff are all lovely!

For one years and a half we did not have any issues and we were very pleased with service provided. However this time it was really disappointing. The vet seemed completely lost and forgetting the reasons we came in. We came for three reasons, ears, flees and eyes, which to all three he said it is difficult to say. He seemed even scared of the cat, he was not even taking the cat from carrier bag. And when asked to check ears, he said is going to be difficult to check, the cats don't like that. Somehow I grabbed the cat, took him out and opened the ears for the vet to check (our cat is not agrresive, he just scared). Not sure if this is very professional. Although he did not see any signs of infection, he was still offering medication with antibiotics. We paid 50 pounds for nothing, we have exactly the same questions as we came in. Sadly, we will likely need to look for another vet..

The worst vets ever! My dog has been in this country for 6 years not once did they say my dog would need a test for a certain disease they could carry until I heard someone else talking about it in the vets. When I asked the vets she said that my dog will have to have a test and will not treat my dog until the test was done and if it was positive the best thing would be to put my dog down. I got my dog tested at another vets and she is negative I’ve never been so upset and worried, all medi vets want is your money!

Our experience was very good and the vet was very thorough and took as much time as he felt necessary. He explained things very clearly to us and showed compassion and empathy. The staff were very good and booking appointments was easy
